Residents often comment that they have found “a real sense of community” here in our neighborhood. Community doesn’t just happen. It develops from spending time together, getting to know one another. We spend time together through organized events, we make it easy to become part of our neighborhood!
Every 4th of July, we celebrate our great country’s independence. We come together to have a local neighborhood parade complete with fire engines, sirens, decorated bikes, wagons, or anything else with wheels. The parade begins at our neighbor crossing bridge and ends at our clubhouse and pool where we have a neighborhood-wide picnic with hamburgers, hot dogs, and all the fixin’s. There’s even a water slide for the kids to enjoy!
is an open community
with yearly events
that bring the
the year and
meet your neighbors
along with us.
Want a night off from cooking dinner? The Cudas swim team during swim season host at the Clubhouse Family Fun Nights.
On scheduled nights for a fee brings a new menu - Pizza, burgers, Mexican food, drinks and tasty treats. Neighbors gather for the food and social interaction, and to enjoy the pool too. So, come on down and enjoy the time with neighbors and maybe a splash to cool off.
Watch a movie under the stars!
A movie night is a fantastic way to fill your evening with your immediate family. The parking lot of the clubhouse gets transformed into a backyard movie house with a two-story screen and plenty of space not to have a good seat in the house to watch the chosen flick.
The Cudas are a part of NWAL’s summer swim league that uses the Candlelight Hills for their practices. Every Spring, children from ages
4-18 join forces to become teammates to compete during the swim season.
